• Personalized Attention
   

At Urja, we believe every student is different in terms of grasp, discipline, behavior, upbringing and a fit-to-all herd solution cant be applied. So we prefer one-on-one or small group classes. We do not believe in creating smaller "classrooms" with 15-20 students in a batch. We believe in large group classes, the teacher is also not able to give personal attention to every student, due to time slice constraints. In Urja teaching, the teacher gives personal attention to each student. This exclusivity strengthens the student-tutor bond and motivates the student to freely ask doubts leading to study effectively and efficiently. This also encourages the student to open up on future aspiration, career talks.

Our teachers are filtered out according to the Experience, Skills, Knowledge as per your exact requirements.  Only after the best match do we confirm the next steps than just saying yes-to-all and then scampering. In school, we don’t have any right to choose a teacher but at Urja you choose and the teacher chooses you as well. Its a long term relationship as we believe so its important to ensure the right match.

• Involvement of Parents (PTMA)

At Urja, like most of the schools, we conduct regular PTMA meets. These involve assessments, progress discussions, improvement suggestions, our one-on-on with parents and student. We do not leave everything on the teacher. We are there with the student, the parents and the teacher in this journey together. At any given time, the parent would know how the progress, many classes are conducted in the month and the subjects/topics covered.

• Flexi-Payments

 

At Urja, we do not charge an year's fees at once, neither we charge semester-wise. We charge Quarterly. This gives great flexibility to parents. This also gives you the option to take a break or even leave Urja (though we are confident that would never happen as we deeply trust our tutors and their teachingskills). So you are not stuck with us just because you paid us a lump-sum amount, you are glued to us for our good work.

 

Additionally, we also allow you to leave us after 2 months and we return the third month's payment back. That's the level of flexibility we are able to offer due to our faith in our tutors.

• Pay-Per-Hour

 

At Urja, we do not charge per subject-wise. So you don't have to pay for each subject, which eventually makes a hole into your pocket. We charge hour-wise, as most of our teachers are equipped to teach all the subjects (except regional/International languages). This gives you a big time saving as compared to other common tuitions  classes.
